For a comprehensive understanding of how FTAs work, it is recommended that participants go over the text/documents of various FTAs in order to develop the baseline knowledge. Some of these are listed under various subheadings in this document, while others can be accessed as they are open source. This will prove extremely useful and may distinguish successful FTA project managers from others. Remember, FTA specialists will not be project managers, but project managers need to be FTA specialists to some degree!
